Key Lime Construction started as a small business and through dedication, high quality construction standards, and a commitment to our clients, we have become one of the premier builders along the beautiful Emerald Coast in Northwest Florida. Our new construction markets include Santa Rosa Beach, 30A, Watersound, Freeport, Niceville, and Destin.
Founded in 1994 in Niceville, Florida by Brian Walsh and Skip Miller, we are committed to the highest level of construction quality, subcontractor and vendor relationships, features and specifications, level of customer communication, and dedication to the product. These commitments are critical to their success and to customer satisfaction. KLC’s expertise, service, and integrity have been the basis of their business for over 25 years, where they have built homes in Niceville, Destin, Crestview, Ft. Walton, and Santa Rosa Beach.
